Wise Wednesdays Roundtable Mastermind Group has been very beneficial is evaluating how I do my business and looking at my fears and short coming’s so I am able to overcome them. My experience with the Big 12 thus far has been remarkable. I was not sure what to expect when E.L. Craine asked me to participate in a roundtable/mastermind with 12 other Realtors from 11 different Brokerages. I can honestly say the experience has been more than I could have imagined.
The journey that we are on is getting better and more exciting by the day and E.L. is the leader and responsible for the success we are sharing. He has a rough exterior, but he genuinely cares about the Big 12 individually and as a group. E.L. works with us equally and shows no favoritism which is hard to do with so many different personalities. The ladies have also formed a bond amongst us and there is a lot of sharing of ideas, constructive correction, and encouragement between us, which allows each of us to grow.
E.L. takes time to put together a power point each week that educates, motivates, and the power points are always thought provoking and pushes each of us to be better. He has introduced us to a variety of people that also sees the vision and are interested in promoting the Big 12 as well.
We have shared many things in a short time i.e. the listing guide, showcases, spotlights, the photo shoot, lunches etc. and I am looking forward to the future with great expectations.
The Big 12 has only scratched the surface and as we continue to expand our reach throughout Texas, the United States and Internationally the opportunities are endless. A class about business plan restructuring was perfect timing for me. Although I have been a Realtor for some time, I was part-time and not very active. I have recently re-entered the field on a full-time basis since retiring from teaching and want to build a successful business.
